These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of readysetaiadvisor.com and the services, forms, calls, and messaging programs operated by ReadySetAI Advisors ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, submitting a form, booking a call, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide AI readiness audits, advisory calls, implementation guidance, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are described on the site or in a separate written agreement or invoice. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of any particular business outcome, revenue result, or return on investment.

2. Booking and Payment

Some services are booked through third-party scheduling and payment providers. Fees, taxes, and refund policies are stated at checkout or in the applicable engagement letter. Unless expressly stated as free, sessions and deliverables are billable once work has begun.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and opting in — through a form checkbox, a confirmation reply, or another express agreement — you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from ReadySetAI Advisors related to your discovery call, audit, engagement, and follow-up (confirmations, questions, results delivery, and occasional updates).

• Message frequency varies; typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@readysetaiadvisor.com.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation and stop further messages.
• Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to breach security, access non-public areas, or interfere with operation.
• Scrape, mirror, or resell the site or its content without permission.
• Send us content you do not have the right to share.

5. Intellectual Property

The site, its content, and our frameworks, templates, audit outputs, and methodologies are owned by ReadySetAI Advisors and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use deliverables solely for your own business as described in your engagement. You retain ownership of the information you submit; you grant us a limited license to use it to deliver the services.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information you share during an audit or engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver our services, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The site links to and integrates with third-party services (e.g. scheduling, email, storage, SMS providers, AI providers). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use — you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadySetAI Advisors and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReadySetAI Advisors harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ReadySetAI Advisors is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
