• Contact details you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, website, and anything you type into our intake forms or send us by email or text.
• Business context you share during a discovery call, audit, or intake — industry, team size, revenue range, tooling, and goals.
• Uploaded files you submit through intake forms (e.g. writing samples, audio) stored in a private cloud bucket.
• Automatically collected data: standard server logs (IP, browser type, pages viewed) and basic analytics needed to run the site.

2. How We Use Information

• Respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and deliver services you request.
• Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, audit results, follow-ups).
• Send SMS/MMS messages you have opted into — see Section 5.
• Operate, secure, and improve the site and our services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business:

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)

Program name: ReadySetAI Advisors client messaging.
Program description: After you opt in — by submitting a form where you provide a mobile number and check an SMS consent box, replying to confirm on an initial text, or otherwise expressly agreeing — we may send conversational and transactional SMS/MMS messages related to your discovery call, audit, or ongoing engagement (appointment confirmations, follow-up questions, delivery of results, and occasional updates about your project).

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement; typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@readysetaiadvisor.com.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

No sharing of SMS consent or phone numbers. Mobile information and consent to receive SMS are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the messages described above and to operate the program (including with our SMS provider strictly to route your messages).

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies and basic analytics to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention
